Health Regulations:

As of October 2023, fully vaccinated travelers do not need a pre-arrival COVID-19 test, but unvaccinated travelers may require a negative PCR test taken within 5 days of arrival.

The official St. Lucia Currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar.
The Eastern Caribbean Dollar was fixed to the US dollar on 7 July 1976. So US
dollars are widely accepted in St Lucia.
It is easy to convert the Eastern Caribbean Dollar to USD. But bear in mind that banks in
St. Lucia are happier to accept new dollar bills rather than old, dog-eared ones.
If you pay in cash using US Dollars, chances are you will receive your change in the
local St. Lucian currency.
