TASC Goes to Antigua and Barbuda to Kick Off “Virtual Party Tour”

Travel Advisors Selling the Caribbean (TASC) is celebrating its 1-year Anniversary and will highlight some of the amazing entertainment options throughout the Caribbean. The first stop on the celebration tour will be at Ana’s on the Beach in Antigua and Barbuda. Every week during the month of September, TASC will host a virtual event in a different destination. This initiative is part of the group’s goal of providing travel advisors with continuous hands-on education and insider information to better sell the Caribbean.

The Virtual Party Series is a spin off of the highly acclaimed “Destination-A-Day Spotlight,” which was a part of TASC’s Caribbean Heritage Month Celebrations during the month of June.

“We are featuring Antigua and Barbuda at our first virtual event. As many tourism establishments throughout the destination reopen for business, we have selected Ana’s On the Beach to launch our Virtual Party Series. Our goal is to educate our travel advisors about the range of entertainment options that the Caribbean has to offer. As Ana’s on the Beach promotes its “Beach Staycation” to entice visitors back to its chic shoreside bar, lounge and decadent dining experiences, a virtual tour of this award winning beach bar will be the highlight of our Anniversary Seller-bration,” said Kelly Fontenelle, TASC Founder.

The chef and bartenders at Ana’s on the Beach, will be on hand to conduct live demos and the hostesses will highlight the new traffic patterns and social distancing protocols that have been established to ensure the health and safety of guests.

Travel advisors can earn commissions on group bookings at Ana’s on the Beach. This “daycation” retreat is known for its artistic décor, cutting-edge entertainment, first-class and eclectic art exhibitions and philanthropic endeavors, supporting young artists and local charities. Above all, an exquisite Mediterranean menu has been created to delight the most discerning palate.

Located on one of Antigua’s best coastlines, Dickenson Bay, Ana’s is open seven days a week and is a “stone throw away” from Sandals Grande. Patrons can spend the entire day, starting with morning coffee while basking in the Caribbean sunshine and turquoise waters, to sampling aromatic and flavorful Mediterranean dishes for lunch. The magnificent sunset is the perfect setting for “Anapasti” while sipping an aperitif; guests can partake in an appealing and creative dinner menu in a romantic setting. On the beach or in the restaurant, Ana’s is the place to be Antigua and Barbuda.

TASC will showcase some of the most vibrant entertainment attractions in the Caribbean in the lead up to the 2020/21 season. “Our 6000+ members are always on the lookout for new products to add to their portfolio and we are so excited to take them on this virtual tour to indulge all of the senses, “ Fontenelle added.
